1. About us

robmatjohmar.shop is operated by ROBERT MATTHEW JOHNSON MARSHALL LIMITED ("Marshfield Carry Co."), 80/3 Commercial Street, Edinburgh EH6 6LX, United Kingdom. By placing an order you agree to these terms.

2. What we sell

We sell physical travel and everyday-carry products — bags and organization systems — and an optional membership of shopping perks. All prices are shown and charged in US dollars (USD).

3. No financial services

We provide physical retail and membership perks only. We do not provide, and nothing on this site constitutes, investment, holding, lending, deposit, money-transmission or any other financial or fund-handling service. Membership benefits are not money, credit, points or a withdrawable balance.

4. Orders and pricing

• An order is accepted when we confirm it by email after successful payment.
• Prices are in USD and may change; the price at checkout applies to your order.
• We may decline or cancel an order due to stock, pricing errors or suspected fraud, and will refund any payment taken.

5. Products and materials

Capacities, dimensions and weights are nominal values. Colours may vary slightly from your screen. We label materials honestly, including vegan materials, leather and recycled materials, and we do not use CITES-listed endangered or otherwise restricted animal materials. Warranty covers manufacturing faults; normal wear and misuse are excluded.

6. Membership terms

• Membership is an auto-renewing subscription billed monthly or yearly in USD until cancelled.
• You can cancel anytime from the customer portal; access continues to the end of the paid period.
• Perks apply to the current billing period only. They do not roll over, are not cash, and are not transferable or withdrawable.

7. Shipping, returns and duties

Delivery, returns and import duties are covered in our Shipping & Delivery Policy and Returns & Refunds Policy, which form part of these terms. Import duties and clearance fees, where they apply, are the recipient's responsibility.

8. Acceptable use and content

Your use of the site is subject to our Acceptable Use Policy and Content License. The Carry Finder provides suggestions only, as described in the Carry Finder Disclaimer.

9. Minors

Orders may not be placed by children under 13. Buyers aged 13–17 must have a parent or guardian review and complete payment.

10. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law (including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud). Subject to that, our liability for a product is limited to the price paid for it.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the courts of England and Wales. If you contract as a consumer, you keep the benefit of any mandatory protections of your country of residence.
