Returns & Refunds

1. 30-day returns

You may return any set within 30 days of delivery for a refund, provided the items are unused, in original condition and with tags attached. Sets must be returned complete — the main bag together with all included pouches, cubes and accessories.

2. How to start a return

Email support@robmatjohmar.shop with your order number and the set you wish to return. We will send return instructions and the return address.

3. Return shipping

• Standard members (Traveler) pay return shipping unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
• Marshfield Plus and Marshfield Pro members receive free return shipping.
• Faulty, damaged or incorrectly shipped items are always returned at our cost.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the return, we issue the refund to your original payment method through Stripe. Refunds are processed in USD for the price of the returned items. Please allow a few business days for your bank to post the refund. Original outbound shipping is refunded only where the item was faulty or incorrect.

5. Personalised items

Sets with free monogram embossing or other personalisation are made to order and cannot be returned unless faulty. This is made clear before you confirm personalisation at checkout.

6. Damaged, faulty or lost parcels

• Arrived damaged: contact us within 7 days with photos and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
• Manufacturing fault: covered by warranty; we repair, replace or refund.
• Lost in transit: if tracking shows non-delivery, we investigate with the carrier and resend or refund.

7. Your statutory rights

This policy is in addition to any statutory consumer rights you have under the laws of England and Wales or your country of residence, including rights relating to faulty goods.
