Shipping & Delivery

Where we ship, how long it takes, and who is responsible for import duties. All shipping is priced in USD.

1. Where we ship

We ship worldwide to the destinations offered at checkout. If your country is not listed, contact support@robmatjohmar.shop and we will confirm whether we can deliver.

2. Processing and dispatch

Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days. Personalised sets may take an extra 1–3 business days before dispatch.

3. Delivery timelines

  • United Kingdom: typically 2–4 business days after dispatch.
  • Europe: typically 4–8 business days after dispatch.
  • United States, Canada and rest of world: typically 6–12 business days after dispatch.

These are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays, customs and remote destinations can extend delivery.

4. Shipping charges

A standard shipping charge is shown at checkout in USD. Marshfield Plus and Marshfield Pro members receive free standard worldwide shipping.

5. Carriers and tracking

We deliver through established postal and courier carriers. Where tracking is available, we email a tracking link when your order is dispatched.

6. Import duties and taxes

Prices and shipping are charged in USD and do not include import duties, taxes or customs clearance fees for international destinations. Where these apply, they are set by the destination country and are the recipient's responsibility. Please check your local rules before ordering.

7. Address accuracy

Please make sure your delivery address is complete and correct. We are not responsible for parcels delayed or lost because of an incorrect address; contact us quickly if you spot an error and we will help where we can.

8. Problems with delivery

If your order is late, missing or arrives damaged, see our Returns & Refunds Policy or contact support@robmatjohmar.shop.
